It is with heavy hearts the family of William “Bill” Davies announces his passing on April 22, 2021 at the age of 90. Beloved husband of Patricia Davies for 67 wonderful years. Loving father of Brenda (Jim) Demopoulos, Sandra (Mike) Henry and Bradley (Ann) Davies.  Cherished grandfather of Ryan (Sarah), Laura (Jonathan), Danielle (Nick), Chris, Justin (Clorissa) and Adam. Survived by 5 great-grandchildren. Son of the late Stanley and Olive Davies. Will be missed by his sister Marion (Late Bob) Gaukrodger as well as his nieces and nephew.

Bill and Patricia spent many vacations including their Honeymoon at Rabbit Lake in Temagami,  Ontario and 67 years later they still are spending time with family and creating countless memories at the cottage. Bill was a devoted schoolteacher for 30 years in the machine shop program at H.B. Beal Secondary School. He had a thirst for knowledge and was always teaching people new things. He was a Tool and Die maker by trade. If he didn’t have the tool, he would make one. Bill was the best caregiver to his wife Patricia.

A private graveside service will take place at Nairn Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Canada would be appreciated by the family.
