Obituary of Sydney Keith Sutherland

Sutherland: Sydney Keith Peacefully passed with his family by his side, at Victoria Hospital on January 9th, 2016 in his 68th year. Predeceased by his loving wife June (1999). Beloved father of Greg and Tim. Dear brother of William (Mary, 2008) and Jeanie (Murray). Predeceased by his parents Gordon (2009) and Catherine Sutherland (1998). Syd was an avid fisherman and volunteer firefighter. He had a bright sense of humour and his laugh will be missed. Friends will be received at DENNING’S OF AILSA CRAIG on Saturday, January 16th from 1:30 p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 2:30 p.m. A Masonic Service will be held under the auspices of Craig Lodge No. 574 A.F. & A.M. at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters or Multiple Sclerosis will be appreciated.
