Obituary of Lois Marion Watson

Watson - With her family by her side, on Wednesday, September 3rd, 2014. Lois Marion Watson (Down) of Parkhill and formerly of East Williams Township in her 86th year. Lovingly remembered by her husband of 65 years, Jim Watson. Dear mother Doug (Cathy) of Dorchester, Marg McKichan (Bruce), Don (Shirley) Watson, Marion (Karl) Robinson all of Ailsa Craig. Dear grandmother of Sherry, Mark, Carrie, Christine, Scott, Jacki, Jason, Kelly J. and Michael. Survived by 21 great grandchildren and brothers in law Ivan Linton and Mac (Marlene) Watson. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother Ivan and sisters Greta and Phyllis. Lois was the Springbank community news reporter for many years. Friends may call at the T. Stephenson & Son Funeral Home, Ailsa Craig on Saturday, September 6th, 2014 from 4 – 8 pm. Funeral service will take place at the Ailsa Craig Community Centre on Sunday at 2 pm with visitation 1 hour prior. Interment Nairn cemetery.
