Obituary of William Grundy

Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Monday, October 18, 2004. William Thomas Gordon Grundy of Sarnia and formerly London at the age of 69. Husband and friend of Carol Grundy of London. Dear father of Shelley (Larry) Amos of London, Sheri Burchiel of London and Scott and Brenda Grundy of Aylmer. Loving grandfather of Jolene, Josh, James, Christen, Ashley and Lyndsay. Brother of Madeline, Stella, Leona, Rae, Bruce, Al and Gloria. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sisters Esther, Donna and Betty and his brother Ed. Visitation at the Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe St. W., Strathroy on Wednesday, October 20 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 21 at 1 PM with Pastor Doug Watson officiating. Interment in Strathroy Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Strathroy Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
