Obituary of Olive Wardell

At Strathmere Lodge Strathroy on Tuesday, October 26, 2004, Olive Jean (Lewis) Wardell formerly of Adelaide Township, in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late Gordon R. Wardell (1974). Dear mother of Kenneth and Barbara, Keith and Madeline and Bruce and Jean all of Windsor. Also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. Sister of Irene Pincombe of Strathroy and Lorne Lewis of London. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Verna Dennis, Ida Meadows, and Alma Crawford and brothers John Lewis, George Lewis and Roy Lewis. Visitation at the Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Thursday, October 28 from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. where funeral service will be held on Friday, October 29 at 1 P.M. with Mrs. Thelma Perry officiating. Interment in Strathroy Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or charity of choice.
