Obituary of Evelyn Wardell

Peacefully, at home in ValCaron Ont. on Saturday, February 17th, 2007. Evelyn (Learn) Wardell formerly of Strathroy in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Stanley (Pete) Wardell (1989). Dear mother of Bob and Shirley Wardell of London and Ellen and David Lyons of ValCaron Ont. Loving grandmother of Sean Wardell and his wife Melody of Lambeth, and Brian Wardell of London. Loving great-grandmother of Dominique and Quin. Sister of Jean Hammond of Petrolia and also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters, Myrtle Mardlin, Gladys Routley and Helen Luxton. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe St. W Strathroy on Wednesday, February 21st from 7-9 PM, and Thursday, February 22nd from 12:00PM until service at 1:30 PM with Rev. Arthur G. Hiley officiating. Interment, Woodland Cemetery London. Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
