Obituary of June Schritt

After two perfect 29 cribbage hands in her life, her luck has run out.Suddenly at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Thursday, November 15, 2007. June Elaine Schritt of Strathroy and formerly of Thunder Bay in her 77 th. year. Dear mother of Bevin (Joan) Schritt of Mt. Brydges, Ontario, Wendy Walsh of Strathroy Ontario, Lori (Steve) Caven of Ayr, Ontario and Peter Schritt of Terrace Bay, Ontario. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Craig & Brett Schritt, Lauren & Junelle Walsh, Laurissa & Stephanie Wilson. Also survived by her cousin Harold (Elaine) Atwill of Nipigon, Ontario. Warmly regarded by her cribbage buddies at the Kakabeka Legion, friends at disking and denizens in the Brier Patch where she attended some 15 championships. Her zeal for life impacted all who came to know her. A private family memorial service will be held at the Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe St. W., Strathroy on Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Don Keenliside officiating. Inurnment to take place at a later date in Nipigon.
