It was my pleasure to meet Doug just this year. He was so very kind to my mom Barbara at Glendale Crossing and they often ate meals together. He watched out for her and always greeted my husband and I with a warm smile. My sincere condolences.
Moon was a tremendous horseman & friend. We worked together on horses for several years, several years ago. Doug's sixth sense was amazing. He almost could tell what a horse was feeling & thinking, then without saying a word he could calm the horse down or do whatever was needed. All without either one of us saying a word. He just had a natural way of communicating with a horse & people as well. We were good friends but l hadn't seen him for many years. The world has lost a very good person. I wish there were more people like him. I feel lucky to have him pass through my life. Thank you for being my friend Moon.
