To the Davies family:
We will miss that friendly smile, the stories, and the hospitality. We will miss that phone call around 6 or 7 pm in the evening at the cottage asking if we’ve seen Bill anywhere today! We will miss a dear friend and a wonderful, kind-hearted person. They are not easy to find these days. Such was Pat Davies.
Remembering the oh-so-many good times with the Davies always brings a smile to our faces. Their kindness, integrity and wisdom were gifts for all to share. And virtues for all of us to strive for; a model with which to shape our lives. Now, they are together again.
The thought crossed our minds that if their lives were a ship sailing adventurously around the world, it would be Bill who did the maintenance on the boat, but it would be Pat who was steering it. And always in her quiet, unassuming manner.
If there ever was proof that the phrase “Behind every great man, is a great woman” is true, it was in the example set by Pat and Bill Davies. We are so fortunate to have met you, spent time with you, laughed with you and, most of all, had the privilege of calling you our friends. But we still don’t think that ALL the pickerel in Loon Bay are yours.
We have missed you dearly Bill. And now, we will miss you dearly Pat. Until we meet again.
Sincerely, Sue and Peter Olynyk, Geoff and Jackie Olynyk & family, Steve and Judy Olynyk & family

Our deepest condolences to the entire family. I hope that you can find some comfort in the coming days as you remember the wonderful life that she had. I fondly remember and cherish the many conversations I had with Pat over the years. Her gentle, loving and caring demeanour touched so many hearts…mine included. Rest in peace Pat.

To All of Pat's Family.
Please accept our deepest sympathy in the loss of your Mom, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.
Pat was a lovely lady who I had the privelege of knowing through our time together at Beechwood Church. I remember well the year she was my Secret Sister through our Sernedipity Circle group, and at Christmas time she gave me the sweetest little snowmen votive candle holders. Each year they come out and sit on my kitchen window and I think of her. This Chrismas will be no different.
I am glad that she and Bill are reunited again and are both now resting in peace.
Rest well my Dear.
Sincerely,
Linda and Edward Fox
