Obituary of Susan Carol Harsen

It is with great sadness, the family of Susan Carol Harsen (nee Oke) announces her passing on Saturday, June 3^rd, 2023 at the age of 78 at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital. Susan will be forever missed by her husband of 57 years Richard, her son Dennis (Heidi), her daughter Diane (David), her grandchildren Travis Harsen, Emily Harsen (Tyler) and Darren Harsen (Kate), as well as her great grandchildren Quinn Harsen and Brodie Mathieson. Susan will be greatly missed by her siblings Mike and Joan Oke, Kathy and Les Labelle and her nieces and nephews. She is Predeceased by her parents Albert (1991) and Maxine (nee Good) Oke (1998), her brother James Oke (2006) and sister-in-law Marilyn Oke (2015).

The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital for their excellent care of Susan and her family during her brief stay, and all of the family, friends and neighbors who have stepped in with amazing love and support during this difficult time.

As per Susan's wishes there will be no visitation or funeral. Since Susan had a lifelong love of animals, especially horses and cats, any donations can be made to Heavenly Hills Animal Sanctuary or Art 4 Animals.
