Obituary of Maria Raposo

Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Thursday, March 12, 2009. Maria Soledade Raposo of Strathroy in her 66th year. Beloved wife of Joao Pereira Raposo. Loving mother of Armanda Melo, Rosa Leget, John Raposo, Ofelia Raposo, Dinarte Raposo and Sara Raposo. Also survived by 12 grandchildren, 1 great- grandson, her sister Clara Pereira and brothers Antonio, Manuel and Jose Milhomens. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Friday, March 13 from 5-9 PM. Prayers will be said at the funeral home on Friday at 5 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at All Saints Roman Catholic Church, Strathroy on Saturday, March 14 at 10 AM with Fr. Lucio Couto officiating. Interment in All Saints Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
