Obituary of Bob Doerr

With heavy hearts, the family of Bob Doerr announces his peaceful passing on Sunday, November 1^st, 2020 at L.H.S.C.-Victoria Campus. Beloved husband of Marilyn Doerr for 60 years. Proud father of his late infant daughter, Sandra (Mark) Thomson, Julie (Glen) Bullock, Dean (Linda) Doerr and Shawn (Amy) Doerr. Cherished grandfather of Corey (Loretta) Scott, Meghan (Brad) Clark, Brittany (Mike) Van Bree, Tyler (Nicole) Thomson, Rebecca Bullock, Ethan Bullock (Dana), Matthew Bullock (Erin), Zachary Doerr, Sarah Doerr, Brody Doerr and Makenna Doerr. Adored great grandfather of Nash, Emmett, Nathan, Olivia and Hallie. Survived by his sisters Laurene (Jim) Horan, Joanne (Clare) French, Betty McCutcheon (friend Murray Bray) and Kathleen (Gerry) Cooper and his sister-in-law Linda (the late George) Martin.

Predeceased by his sisters Hazel (Alvin) Beuerman, Ruby (Con) Moore, Bernice (Hugh) McPherson, Casey McCutcheon, sister-in-law Betty (Carmen) Cable and son-in-law Keith Scott. Bob will be greatly missed by several nieces, nephews and extended family.

In keeping with Bob’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at Nairn Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the L.H.S.C.
