Obituary of Albert Thibert

At St. Catharines General Hospital on Friday, August 14, 2009 Joseph Albert Arthur Florian Thibert of Strathroy and Niagara Falls in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Joan Barbara (Bellefontaine) Thibert, (June 21, 2007). Loving father of Jacquie, Peter, Louise, Suzanne, and Catherine. Proud grandfather of Christopher Thibert, Sharon Whitmore, Shelby and Garret Thibert-Donald. Fondly remembered by his great-grandchildren Alicia and Brendan Whitmore. A Legion Service under the direction of the Sir Arthur Currie Branch #116 will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe St. W., Strathroy on Saturday, August 22, 2009 at 2:00 pm with a funeral service immediately following officiated by Reverend Charles Seed. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to J.A. (Al) Thibert.
