Obituary of Russell Watt

Peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday November, 15, 2009, Russell Dyer Watt of Strathroy, in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Florence (Nielsen) for 52 years. Loving father of Murray and Sandra of Strathroy, and Diane and Gerry Down of Strathroy. Proud grandfather of Kevin, Zachary and Justin Watt and Andrea and Kyle Down. Dear brother of John and Anna Watt of Strathroy. Predeceased by his parents Oscar and Phillippa (Dyer), his sister Evelyn (Clayton) Stevenson and his granddaughter Jacqueline. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. & 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 1 p.m. with Chaplain Inge Stahl officiating. Interment to follow in Strathroy Cemetery. In memory of Russell, donations may be made to the Strathmere Lodge Ladies Auxiliary or Charity of choice
