Obituary of Dorothy Ruyck

Peacefully at London Health Sciences Centre - Victoria Campus on Tuesday, December 28, 2010, Dorothy Irene De Ruyck (nee Micks) at the age of 77. Loving wife of Andre De Ruyck for 50 years. Beloved mother of Daniel (Marla) Janssens, Edward (Sharon) Janssens, Catharine Wilson, Gerald (Terri) Janssens, Nancy (Gordon) McAuslan, the late Darlene De Ruyck, Patricia Cooper and Janet (Greg) Graham. Dear grandmother of several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survived by siblings Ruth, Helen, Joanne, Judy, Diane and Barb and her Aunt Jean Halpert (nee Myers). Predeceased by siblings Dolly, Johnny, Frank, Olive, Wilfred, Harry, Myrtle and Russell. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home on Thursday, January 6, 2011 at 11:00. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Association or Heart & Stroke Foundation.
