Obituary of Maria Aguiar

Peacefully on Friday, June 3, 2011 at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital, Maria Aguiar (nee Varao) at the age of 90. Loving wife of the late Manuel Aguiar (2000). Beloved mother of Margarida (Edwardo) Ponte, Natalia (Fernando) Rebelo, Maria (Luis) Carreiro and Armando (Ana) Pereira. Dear grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy, on Monday, June 6th from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at All Saints Church on Tuesday, June 7th at 10:00 am with Fr. Lucio Couto officiating. Interment to follow in All Saints Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donation may be made to The Alzheimer's Society. A tree will be planted as a living memorial to Maria.
