Obituary of James Hunter

Peacefully, on May 15, 2012, surrounded by his family, after a corageous battle of cancer in his 73rd year, James Edward Hunter of Strathroy. Beloved husband of the late Hilkie Hunter (Nauta)(1997). Loving father of Rick and Sandra, Laura and John, and Chris and Helen. Special friend of Betty Pearce. Cherished Papa of Sarah, Curtis. Katelyn, Daniel, Kyla, Melissa, Gregory, Kelly and Ashley. Brother of Phyllis Smith, Bob and Donny Hunter. Sadly missed by many friends and extended family. A visitation will be held on Thursday from 6-9 pm at Denning Bros. Funeral Home in Strathroy, where a funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday May 18, 2012 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Julia Sinclair officiating. Interment to follow in Strathroy Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior. As expressions of sympathy donations can be made to your charity of choice.
