Obituary of Dora Aitken

Peacefully at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on Sunday, September 23, 2003, after a short illness. Dora Edith Aitken (Brock) of Adelaide Village in her 79th year. Beloved wife of William Andrew (Andy) Aitken for 61 years. Dear mother of Alan & his wife Cathy Aitken and mother-in-law of Holger Peters. Loved grandmother of Heather & Kelly Aitken, Sandra and Ron McCabe, Sara Peters and Jennifer Peters. Predeceased by her daughter Barbara Lou (Aitken) Peters. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 27th at 11 AM with Rev. Willi Kammerer officiating at St. Ann's Anglican Church, Adelaide Township. Interment of Cremated remains to follow in St. Ann's Anglican Cemetery. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy.
