Obituary of Leona Pogue

At West Nipissing Hospital, Sturgeon Falls, Ontario on Friday, October 14, 2005. Leona Mary (Bosselle) Pogue of Strathroy in her 73rd year. Beloved wife of the late Edward Smith (1980) and Johnnie Daniel Pogue (2003). The guardian angel of Reg. Predeceased by her parents Arthur and Amelia Bosselle, sisters; Delma, Margaret, Elsie and Amelia and brothers; Homer and Hector. Sister of Leo and Elaine Bosselle and Agnes Larbie. Dear mother of Dan and Nancy, Judy, Douglas and Julie, Brian and Valerie, Janette and Michael, Lynne and Paul, Debra, Sue and Phil, Richard and Lisa and Kim and Pierre. Loving grandma of 33 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren. Predeceased by grandsons Noah and Kayden waiting for grandma. Visitation at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, Strathroy on Monday, October 17 from 7-9 pm and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A funeral service will be held at St. John the Evangelist Anglican Church, Strathroy on Wednesday, October 19 at 1 pm with Rev. Fr. Willi K.F. Kammerer officiating. Cremation to follow. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
