Obituary of Wesley McLeod

Wesley Donald McLeod suddenly but peacefully at the age of 18, of Strathroy, on January 1, 2009. Beloved son of Bruce and Lois McLeod. Younger brother to William and older brother to Katelyn. Grandson to the late George and Doreen McLeod as well as the late William and Kathleen Briffett. Nephew to Linda McDonald Stocco (Brian), Loretta Woods (Jeff), Louise Baker (the late Danny), Lorianne Caporossi (Gary), Larry Briffett (Nancy), Lorna Beauchamp (Monty), Lisa Nirkkola (Kevin), Brian McLeod (Laura), Beverly McLeod Carcidi (Joe) and Brent McLeod (Shannon). Immediate cousin to Donnie, Selena, Peter, Melinda , Tina , Ashley, Stephanie, Krista, Eric, Joey, Joshua, Jonathan, Jamie-Lee, Briana, Matthew, Mac, Jordan, Joey, Dori-Anna, Jon-Carlo and Amy. Also survived by many great aunts, uncles and hundreds of cousins, friends and teammates. A memorial service will be held at the Strathroy United Church on Saturday, January 31, 2009 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Jock Tolmay officiating. Immediate family only for a private burial at Strathroy Cemetery. Following the service, a celebration of his life and luncheon will be at the Bear Creek Golf Course, Strathroy from 12-4 p.m. All are welcome.
