Obituary of Ian McGugan

Peacefully, at Craigwiel Gardens, Ailsa Craig on Saturday, June 19, 2010. J. Ian McGugan, born June 29, 1922 at the family farm in Lobo Township to the late Ida (Caverhill) and John McGugan. Predeceased by brothers Donald and Mac. Very special "Unc" to Anita and Joe Kox of Denfield, Edward and Karen McGugan of Lucknow, Chris and Don Van Massenhoven of Strathroy, Jack and Karen McGugan of Kingston and Geordie and Joan Robere-McGugan of Thunder Bay. Great uncle to Deanna Holden, Erin and Sara Kox; Heather, Bryan, Alex, Ian and Laura McGugan; Katie and Megan Van Massenhoven, Abbey and Emma McGugan, and Maisie and Malcolm Robere-McGugan. Devoted brother-in-law of Nell McGugan and Dan Sharpe of Komoka. Funeral to be held at T. STEPHENSON & SON FUNERAL HOME, Ailsa Craig on Tuesday, June 22 at 2 PM with visitation 1 hour prior. Rev. David Mitchell officiating. Interment in Ivan Cemetery. Donations to the Ailsa Craig United Church would be appreciated.
