Obituary of George Scott

Peacefully on August 8, 2010 at LHSC- University Campus, London. George Ivan Scott of London,(WW II Veteran) in his 92nd year, went to be with his Lord & Saviour. Predeceased by his wife Vivian (Dawe). Dear father of Phyllis Zabudsky (Paul) of Mount Salem, Sharon Brooking (Neilson) of Brampton, Marilyn Delaney (Tom) of Komoka, and Carol Bartlett (Brian) of Kitchener. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren, Jason, Marc (Kristine), Adam (Jill), Aaron, Tom, Coleman, Brandon, Chris, Allison, Alicia (Jeremie), Mike, Kinsley (Joshua) and great-grandchildren, Riley, Dante and Declan. Survived by his sister Beatrice Bessie of Kitchener. Predeceased by brothers, David, Jack, Blain, Charlie, and sisters, Margaret, Mae, Jean, Elsie, Grace, and Vivian. Visitation will be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe St.W, Strathroy, on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. where a Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. with Pastor Roger Gast officiating. Donations may be made in memory of George to the Gideons International or a charity of choice.
